One a penny, two a penny, hot cross buns!

First we used our fingers to mix the ingredients
Can you remember which ingredients we used?
Then we added some milk - how much?
We allowed the milk to soak and then mixed again
What shape are we forming the dough into?
We put the buns near a warm radiator to rise
They went into the oven. Why is there a cross?
Finally,Mrs Margrove glazed them with honey.Tasty!

Happy Mother's Day - Can you Mummies spot yourselves?

Making traffic light pizzas - yum!

What ingredients did we use for our pizzas?
First we spread on the passata.
Next we covered them with cheese.
Then we added our traffic light ingredients.
It's important to wash up after ourselves!
Here are our tasty, colourful traffic light pizzas

During our 'Hospital Week' we made soup because it always makes you feel better. See if you can spot which ingredients we used.

We found an ingredient in our Reception garden
We peeled the sweet potato
And then chopped them carefully into cubes
This ingredient made us 'cry'!
We put it all into a saucepan and added stock
We wrote down the recipe while we waited
We added it to a blender and WHIZZ we had soup!
The best part was tasting it - it was yummy!
