Safeguarding

At Strathmore School staff and governors place the highest priority on safeguarding the welfare of our children. A culture of safeguarding is firmly embedded at all levels within the ethos and practice of our school and is seen as everyone’s responsibility – school leaders, teachers, support staff, volunteers and the wider school community. Our policies and procedures are consistently and frequently monitored to ensure that we continue to promote well-being and protect from harm, so that all our pupils feel safe, happy and ready to learn.

Designated Staff Responsible for Safeguarding:

DSP: Mrs Bernadette Holmes, Headteacher

Deputy DSP: Mrs Trudie Woodhall, SENCO
