Our Vision, Motto and School Development Plan
We developed our school vision with pupils, staff, parents and governors. It was important for us to consider well-being as a priority and celebrating what makes us unique at Strathmore.

Priority One:
To continue to develop leadership across the school. |
Priority Two:
To review our curriculum ensuring that it continues to fully address needs of all pupils and shows clear progression. |
Priority Three:
To embed our writing curriculum and improve progress and attainment over time to be more in line with reading. |

We take pride in teaching our pupils to understand the meaning of vocabulary and this includes understanding what our school motto means for them. Please see a PowerPoint that we have shared with our pupils on how we ensure our motto, Nurturing Brilliant, Resilient Minds, is embedded into our daily lives.
