Our Vision, Motto and School Development Plan

We developed our school vision with pupils, staff, parents and governors. It was important for us to consider well-being as a priority and celebrating what makes us unique at Strathmore.

We take pride in teaching our pupils to understand the meaning of vocabulary and this includes understanding what our school motto means for them. Please see a PowerPoint that we have shared with our pupils on how we ensure our motto, Nurturing Brilliant, Resilient Minds, is embedded into our daily lives.
